Deposit Requirements:
Multi Day Tours
Upon acceptance of the quotation, to initiate the program, a deposit is required per person before confirming any reservations. The deposit amount will be communicated by our office at the time of the offer and will not be less than 30% of the package price.
This deposit is refundable, minus an administrative fee per person, for cancellations received up to 61 days prior to departure.
Shore Excursions, Private Day Tours & Transfer Tours
Upon acceptance of the quotation, to initiate the program, a deposit of $200 of the total balance is required before confirming any reservations.
In the case of non-refundable services (flight tickets, trains, cruises, ferry tickets, etc.), which will be communicated in advance, we must receive full payment for these services at the time of booking. These deposits may or may not be refundable based on the suppliers (hotels, accommodations, service partners, or airlines) and their conditions.
Final Payment
All Multi Day Tours
Final payment must be received 60 days prior to the client’s departure.
Shore Excursions, Private Day Tours & Transfer Tours
The balance will be requested 30 days before the tours start.
CREDIT CARD FEES APPLIED FOR ALL REFUNDS
Chat & Tour, at all its points of sale, does not charge any credit card fee at the time of payment for services booked online or through Travel Agents, Travel Advisors, or our Concierge Service.
In case of Full or Partial Refund, due to the Policy of all Payment Gateways used, a credit card fee of 4% of the amount will be refunded, which will be kept as an administrative fee.
We apologize for this inconvenience.
Regular Cancellation Policy
A different cancellation policy will be applied depending on the Type of Tours.
Multi Day Tours
From the time of reservation until 60 days before your arrival, our Non-Refundable Planning & Administrative Fees are as follows:
- $100 per person (considering a total service amount of $1499)
- $300 per person (considering a total tour amount between $1500 and $3499)
- $500 per person (considering a total tour amount of more than $3500)
From 59 to 30 days before your arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded.
No refund will be provided for No Show or cancellations made from 30 to 0 days before your arrival.
Regular Day Tours & Regular Transfer Tours
- Cancellation more than 3 calendar days before the services begin: 4% (credit card administrative fees).
- Cancellation between 48 hours and the day of the services or after: You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
IMPORTANT: It is considered a Multi Day Tour the combination of more Day Tours purchased through our Company with the assistance of the Booking Department. If tours are booked online independently, the Day Tours cancellation policy will apply.
Program Variations
Tours may undergo changes due to external factors such as high season, full restaurants, booking issues due to high season, and weather conditions, as well as other factors beyond our control. In case of flight issues, such as delays, clients must inform us in advance to arrange airport transfers.
Discount Section
- Early Bird discount
Clients booking more than 130 days in advance are entitled to a 10% discount on the total package. - Group discount
For groups of 20 or more people, a 10% discount on the total package is offered. - Price per couple with discount
Exclusive couple discount for basic tour from 10000$ to 9200$ - Referral Program:
– Those who refer a friend will receive a 10% discount on their next purchase.
– The referred friend will receive a 5% discount on their first purchase.
– Clients must provide the name, surname, and email of the person they are referring at the time of booking.
Discount titles
- Early Bird Special: 10% discount
- Group Discount +20: 10% discount
- Referral Bonus: 10% + 5% discount
Conditions for availing discounts
- Clients who wish to take advantage of the aforementioned discounts must communicate the type of discount they wish to use at the time of booking via email, including the discount title.
- Discounts are subject to the conditions set by Sicilian Dream and must be confirmed by the booking office.
